A follow-up note regarding CNN's Twitter account: I learned after recording this podcast that CNN actually wasn't managing its own Twitter feed. Someone else started doing it, then CNN decided, once the following got large enough, that they had better partner with him and pay him to make it their own. So I'm glad Kutcher won, even if it was primarily his celebrity status that generated the one million followers.
