Mark describes a tool he developed that includes every kind of Web site option and functionality. Then he and his team meet with new clients for several hours to work through the structure and functionality of new sites.
When the meeting’s over, everyone has a clear graphic and written description of what the new site will become.
Mark says this process helps greatly reduce changes in scope of work on his Web site projects and keeps clients both informed and happy.
